The Consulting Process

4-hour Brain Trust ($1,500)

Every client goes through a detailed 4 hour Brain Trust in order for Colin and his team to fully understand the business, operations, marketing, etc. and to be able to take away information to compile a detailed proposal.

A questionnaire is sent through prior (typically a week before) to the Brain Trust to ensure that the time efficiency is maximized during the 4 hours.

Detailed Proposal

Once the Brain Trust is completed a detailed proposal is presented to demonstrate where enhancements can be made in the business to yield dramatic improvement in results.

Deliverables

Colin is extremely experienced and highly sought after in the business and marketing industry, and at any given time only has 7 Consulting clients.

He does not take on other clients unless he has availability, as he is absolutely dedicated and committed to each client’s success. By maintaining his focus and submersing himself in each client’s business, he can guarantee improved results.

Deliverables that are defined in the detailed proposal are achieved by adopting one of the following two plans of action:

1.Hourly rate: $300.00
2.Contract Colin Sprake as your VP Marketing or VP Business Development at $2,200 per day (8 hours) – minimum 3 days, which can be a day per week or a day per month, etc. It is a lot more cost effective and far more time efficient to have Colin Sprake come in and spend time with you and your team.

He works at such a high pace and knows all the supporting services – what he gets done in a day; most wouldn’t get done in a week.
