Terms & Conditions: Business Sherpa Groups

Please read carefully the following terms and conditions relating to your purchase of Make Your Mark’s (MYM) Business SherpaTMGroups (GROUPS). If you have any objections to the following Terms and Conditions, you should not make the purchase.

Buyer Conduct
MYM requires all buyers to be respectful and professional to our team, location hosts, speakers, and other buyers throughout the program at all times. MYM reserves the right to remove the buyer from any GROUPS immediately should they be deemed rude, uncooperative, or unprofessional in any way. In such cases, the buyer’s tuition/fees for the GROUPS will not be reimbursed under any circumstances, and they will not receive any of our advertised bonuses or qualify for our satisfaction guarantee or any other written or implied guarantee.

We know that when you take time to set well defined specific goals for your business, and put dedicated focus to them and are held accountable to achieving them, that your business will grow! If you are looking to achieve enhanced results in your business then joining one of the GROUPS will dramatically improve your success.

Terms & Conditions
1.All GROUPS are a 12 month annual memberships and require full commitment in order to understand and fully integrate into a specific group.
2.This agreement date is your joining date for the GROUPS (should it take 6 weeks to place you in a KAP-IT Success Group you will receive the required number of months from the month of the 1stmeeting).
3.Annual GROUP Memberships are either paid monthly or annually and cannot be put on hold during the 12 month period.
4.Membership are 12 consecutive months from the Start Date on the front of this registration form.
5.Monthly payments by check require all 12 postdated checks in advance before your membership commences. Checks made payable to Make Your Mark Training and Consulting Inc.
6.There are no refunds on GROUP memberships after 10 days of this order date. Should you cancel an annual membership after the 10 days –there are no refunds for the remainder of the outstanding membership and all remaining money is due in accordance with this agreement.
7.All monthly payments on your annual membership will be charged on the 1stor 15thof each month.
8.GROUP memberships will automatically renew as a monthly membership on the renewal date.
9.30 days notice is required to cancel membership to BEST Mindset and 90 Days for KAP-IT Success and Legacy Mastermind.
10.Should you cancel at any time (after the initial 10-day period) within an annual membership, all outstanding monies become due plus a cancellation fee of $250.
11.MYM guarantees 24 meeting per 12 month period for BEST Mindset and 10 meetings for KAP-IT Success.
12.If you do not show up for 3 consecutive meetings, without a valid reason, your position in the group becomes open and you forfeit the remainder of your membership and associated monies.
13.Monthly payments will be charged every month irrespective of whether you attend the meeting or not.
14.Should you absolutely not fit into a specific group or have a conflict within the group. We will move you ONCE to another group of its type at no cost.
15.All groups require that you take action every month and that you continually grow and develop. If you do not intend on participating fully –then do not join one of the GROUPS.
16.Majority of people join BEST Mindset first and then graduate at a later date to join KAP-IT Success. There is very set criteria in order to graduate to a KAP-IT Success membership. Ask our MYM team for details.
17.A $25 NSF fee plus applicable taxes will be charged per failed attempt for both check and credit card payments.
18.MYM reserves the right to change and enhance the GROUPS and processes at any time without notification.

19.MYM also reserves the right to change facilitators in any of the GROUPS at any time.

Terms & Conditions: Seminars

Please read carefully the following terms and conditions relating to your participation in Make Your Mark’s (MYM) seminars. If you have any objections to the following Terms and Conditions, you should not make the purchase.

Buyer Conduct
MYM requires all buyers to be respectful and professional to our team, location hosts, speakers, and other buyers throughout the program at all times. MYM reserves the right to remove the buyer from any seminars immediately should they be deemed rude, uncooperative, or unprofessional in any way. In such cases, the buyer’s tuition/fees for the seminars and events will not be reimbursed under any circumstances, and they will not receive any of our advertised bonuses or qualify for our satisfaction guarantee or any other written or implied guarantee.

Satisfaction Guarantee
1.All PAID seminars are backed by our money back guarantee. Should you attend a seminar and receive absolutely no value, you must tell us at the end of the event you are attending and prior to exiting the event room on the day, for a full refund of money paid for that event. All notes and seminar materials pertaining to that event need to be returned as well before exiting the room at the end of the seminar. Once you leave the room the guarantee is void and all money is payable according to the terms of this agreement.
2.There are no refunds for events and seminars that you have not FULLY attended.

Terms
1.There are no refunds given after 10 days of signing this agreement.
2.With a minimum of 30 days’ notice you may transfer to the next available seminar at no cost.
3.Cancellation or postponement of an event or seminar that you are registered for less than 30 days prior to the event will require a $100 (plus taxes) rebooking or transfer fee. Once fee is paid you will be booked into the next available event. If you cannot make that seminar or event, or you no-show, you will forfeit that seminar or event and all monies related to it.
4.Should you no-show an event or seminar (including complimentary seminars) that you are registered for, you will be charged $100 no-show fee. This is additional to the re-booking fee to take the event or seminar at a later date.
5.By signing this form you agree that should Attendee #2 no-show or cancel the event within 30 days that the no-show and rebooking fee will be charged to your credit card. Should you want them to put their credit card on file with our office. Please have them call to do so.
6.Payment terms: In order to attend a seminar you must have paid enough to ensure that the seminar/s you want to attend is/are paid for in full. All seminars must be paid in full in order to attend.
7.Business Mastery seminar must be attended within 12 months of enrolling or all money is forfeited.
8.Seminars that you are registered for cannot be transferred to 3rdparties.
9.A $25 NSF fee plus applicable taxes will be charged per failed attempt for both check and credit card payments.
10.MYM reserves the right to increase class size, change class dates, change event venues, change class frequency or substitute trainers for any event or seminar without prior notification.
11.There are no refunds for VIP Attendee fees after 10 days of signing this agreement.
12.Should MYM decide to stop delivering any PAID seminar as a live event, you will be given full access to the live recording of that event & associated documentation, and it will be considered as delivered in full.
13.All seminars packages are for the tuition costs only. Food, accommodation & travel are not included.
14.VIP Attendees get privileges at Business Mastery that include: early access to the room (avoid the crowds), guaranteed VIP seating, special treatment at the event, plus surprise activities & giveaways that get announced at the event.
15.There are only a single set of bonuses that will be received by VIP Attendee #1. Both VIPs will each receive a branded Business Mastery tote bag.
16.A separate email address and credit card are mandatory for all Guest and Business Partner registrations.
